CENTENNIAL IS A SUSTAINABLE MIXED-USE MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITY LOCATED IN NORTHERN LA COUNTY.
Centennial will deliver a jobs/housing balance and offer a wide array of housing types including much needed affordable housing, business park/office space, commercial, schools, parks, natural open space, cultural, and public uses.
CLIMATE RESILIENCY
Tejon Ranch, with a multi-generational history of being good stewards of the largest privately held lands in California, is setting a new climate standard that surpasses anything done previously in the state. This mixed-use project is envisioned to be an eco-conscious and all-electric residential community.
Building upon the 2008 Tejon Ranch Conservation and Land Use Agreement, Centennial at Tejon Ranch has added project specific measures and mitigations to further protect the land from the threat of wildfire and eliminating greenhouse gas emissions to directly address climate change.
Centennial has made the largest commitment by a new community in California’s history towards measures that combat climate change and wildfire.

A project hiring goal of 30% of Local residents, minority-owned, women- owned, and disadvantaged business. This is the largest commitment from a private developer in the County.
Inclusionary Housing Commitment of 18%
Affordable Housing Centennial will be setting aside 18% of its 19,333 homes for affordable housing for a total of 3,480 units
COMMUNITY BENEFITS
Centennial provides many amenities and services. Public services for the community and our neighbors. Public services will include up to four fire stations, a sheriff station, and a public library.
Centennial will open several schools composed of one K-5, five K-8, and one high school. Also included are 306 acres of parks space and 30,000 square foot County Civic Administration Facility, an animal care facility, a materials recovery facility, along with land and incentives to attract medical facilities.
